Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to contact@theshadowfight2.pro containing all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the infringing material, with information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it — for example, the exact page URL(s) on theshadowfight2.pro.
- Your contact information: full name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Notices missing any of these elements may be considered incomplete and returned for completion before action is taken.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed following a takedown notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to contact@theshadowfight2.pro containing all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its location on the site before it was removed (the exact URL).
- A statement — under penalty of perjury — that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, postal address, and telephone number, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district of your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and accepting service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to remove infringing content and, where appropriate, restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
